Ok so it has come to my attention that someone needs a little pep talk. Number one. Try not to let the pressure get to u. Its easier said than done but really its all gonna be better once u realize that there really isnt a problem. Eating right u do by urself. The weight isnt just gonna fall off at once it'll take time. Try to calm down and let the love of the sport back u and drive u.
Thats all im writing because im falling asleep.
